This artwork is by comic artist Budd Root (see confirming signature) who is best known for his independent comic Cavewoman. A non-nude version appeared in his Cavewoman: Prehistoric Pinups series, and a nude version (with different coloring) appeared on the cover of one alternate edition of Prehistoric Pinups #3. The version shown here is labeled in one place “Cavewoman Cover Colored by Neocene”, but no further information is available about that colorist.
